Looks like a very clean and simple setup, plus you have some content that is both relevant and may bring in inbound links from other sites. I do have two suggestions though:
1. You articles are a little on the short side. This can be sorted either through adding media or through just simply writing a more in depth review/response.
2. The header article could do with being a bit neater; I see what you were trying to achieve with a 'marker on cardboard' effect, but the black is a little to harsh and untidy.
Other than that, looking like a good start.

Your heard needs a LOT of work.
The headings need to be bigger than the text - I think the text should be smaller.
It has potential, though.
