The connection has timed out - cannot display the webpage

Nothing mentioned on Service Alerts page

My website on Chopin server has been down since 23/08/2012 07:15:08PM (AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME)
It's now almost 5 Hours and still no go

Can't log into cPanel either, with FireFox giving this error:
"The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond."

Also noticed Starka server isn't responding either. Not sure how long that one has been down for?

UP again at 24/08/2012 01:05:08AM, after 5h 50m of downtime.
