Hi

I'm trying to sign up for the free hosting but I get the message: "The email address you have supplied is not available." at step 3.

I am using the email I access the forums with. Please help this is very frustrating.

Please use different to signup for a hosting account. There is a bug in backend system which don`t allow you to use this email.

If you want to use this email then you have to wait for staff member here.. They will resolve this issue

I am having the same problem : Cannot pass step 3 on new account sign up
Trying to set up new account but keep recieving this on step 3

The email address you have supplied is not available.
I am using the e-mail account that is connected to x10hosting. This is my original e-mail I used and this is where they sent my original confirmation and password. I am uising the password they sent me, it's the same I use to login to forum and cpanel.

Please help

sorry if I did something wrong. "hijack thread" was trying to get addmin to help me with same problem... OOOfff so many rules and regs cant keep up.

as I mention above, use different email.. Otherwise you have to wait for staff member Here.. They will help you.. But It can take some time..

so be patience

Recently we have received an increase of 20% more sign-ups per day over the usual, this has put some added stress on things especially just coming out of the huge migration we did and are still recovering from. We are aware of it and are working diligently to get some new hardware \ upgraded hardware online ASAP.

They accept a ton of new accounts every day. All I can advise is patience.
