I have the same question.
Why ubuntu is not in Linux OS?
Think about logo.

I moved the ubuntu to the Linux OS.
To answer your first and second question, it has everything so its not just a forum for technology but for other things as well.
Third I am advertising on other sites and I plan to have a few contests.
I am not sure how to answer the foruth I guess that it doesn't have enough posts yet but I am working on that. Please explain!
For the logo I was going to have a contest for the members to make one.
