The hosting username you specified does not exist

I have received the confirmation email saying my account was created:

Username: abarton
Password: xxxxxxx
Domain: jackbarton.x10hosting.com
Hosting Package: Adfree



But when I login on x10hosting.com, it prompts me to "link my hosting account". And when I enter my username I get this error: The hosting username you specified does not exist.



I also tried logging into cPanel at https://jackbarton.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ with my username and password, but it won't let me log in. What is going on with my account? The only thing it lets me log into is these forums lol....
