hello everyone
i am wondering if i am eleagbeable to apply for helping out. i have over 50 posts and am trying to signup for helping out but it keeps saying that i can not apply. any help welcome

Does it say why you can't apply? It should work. Is it before or after clicking the "Apply!" button?
