Hi.
Recently with the updates of servers. i have to deal with a problem.
I cant enter to x10hosting.com neither my website.
the problem is not me alone. it is all the people who uses "telefonica telecom" in my country.
they cant enter to x10hosting or mywebsite.

i have to use a proxy to enter.

Maybe my isp uses a proxy cache. i really don´t now.
but all the people who enter with that ISP will meet with a
"The connection has timed out
The server at www.mysite.com is taking too long to respond"

but as i say before. when i enter with another isp or by proxy the site is ok.

my isp is http://www.telefonica.co/col10/
telefonica telecom (Colombia)

the problem is like a month old now... i really don tknow what to do.

and for the record..yeah i test this on ubuntu, windows 7, windows xp)
flush dns, ctrl + f5,
changing dns to google or open dns.
nothing works

You can't have expected me to have read the updated post before you posted it, which is when I originally replied.

Try performing a Trace Route to one of the x10Hosting servers. Go to Start > Run > type in cmd and press OK.

OR

Start > search for cmd > select cmd

Enter in the following command:

tracert www.x10hosting.com

From there, let the program run it's course, and then once it completes, click the Command Prompt icon at the top left corner of the window. Go to Edit, pick Select All and then press Enter/Return. From there, paste the results you received. This will let us see if it's due to a routing issue between your ISP and the Datacenter x10 uses, or if it's an issue elsewhere.

This is huge because Telefonica Telecom gives internet to almost all the countries in latinoamerica.
so i bet that if some people have their websites hosting in x10 stoli they loosing a lot of visitors

For some reason the Traceroute is suggesting that you're getting stuck in a NAT-type loop. Looks to be an ISP problem where they may have blocked access to the x10 servers, or where they do not have routing information. A staff member may need to work with you to see if they can perform a trace route from an x10Hosting server to your IP address.
