On my computer, I can't get into the cpanel on my computer, it just gets stuck on the first step, the one before validating the credentials.

I've tried updating my browser but my computer won't let me, I can't even install another browser or update my computer.

Can you guys make a mobile site? Or something?

Hello xSnipez,

Could you please tell me your cPanel username, as the firewall may have blocked you for some reason.
Please also verify that there are no firewalls/routers/proxies/etc that could be blocking port 2083.

Thank you

I don't know what my username is, as I'm logging in through x10 hosting. I don't have a firewall or any security so that's off the list.

I've checked our server firewall, and that doesn't seem to be the reason that you can't access cPanel.

Could there be any firewalls, proxies, software, routers, or anything similar that could be blocking access to port 2083?
Many workplaces and schools do this.

Your cPanel user name is: bulletsu
The email you used to sign up is something like: d***c@hotmail.co.uk
Reset passsword page: https://x10hosting.com/sso/index.php/login/forgotten

If you go to that page, you should have enough information to reset your password and log in after that. Please note your cPanel user name is not xSnipez and you can't use that name to log in to cPanel or X10's account panel. You actually have another forum user name as well. If you switch to X10 Basic control panel after logging in, you can click the support link and then community forums; it will tell you your forum user name.

Your site is working somewhat for me. I do not see a 404, but I do see a PHP error. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try again?
