Hi caddlykid,

Are you having difficulties sending mail from your x10Hosting account and receiving them elsewhere, or sending them from elsewhere and receiving them at your x10Hosting account?

How are you trying to send these emails? Is it by the webmail features in cPanel, the PHP mail() function, or something else?

Did you try checking the spam folders of the account you are attempting to receive emails with, and did you add the sender's email address to your address book or safe senders list?
