I receive this error when loading my php pages.

My site is: nfs-blackflames.x10.mx
Server: Starka

As suggested by the error message you received this appears to be a temporary issue which has been resolved.
I am able to access your website with no difficulties.

Only php page have this issue.

The homepage is in html and it works.

In my php scripts there is a problem with the php function simplexml_load_file...
In error_log: failed to open stream: Connection timed out in ... on line 8

But the url of xml files is OK, and in other domains work perfectly! XD

1: Stop bumping the ticket, it's very rude.
2: The firewall doesn't allow outgoing connections so that's likely the problem.
3: You have a downloads folder that's unlinked and therefore in violation of the File Hosting policy. You're also redistributing an installation of FRAPS, which their TOS in the installer clearly indicates is forbidden:
