Hi, I have an issue here.
I have notice you have suspended me, and you said that :
"...our administrative staff after they reviewed the account and determined it to be the same user."
I understand that you mean the same user than another one, of course. But I'm a single user, with only ONE account and I can prove it. I use a shared network so my IP address is able to be the same as other user's ones. But If you tell me a private email who I can write, I can send you my personal national identity document (well I can scan it and send you the image, I can not get out of home without the physical one). I don't know how your administrative staff have reviewed that, but I have no other accounts on this webhosting.
It's more. In the webpage you have suspended, it appears the same info that is written in my DNI, If you let me send you my dni, you can check every bit of information. It appears my phone number too in the page, you can phone me if you want, and you can contact my country's police to check if every other info is right or not. And even, my photo appears on the left side of the web. And even more, the email I used to register is my university provided email account. They'll be glad to confirm my identity if you ask them.
Do you really think I could be lying with all this identity evidences under your control, and begging you that you let me to give you more evidences? If I sent you my DNI, and I'm lying, I'll be committing identity theft that is a very serious crime. I could be in jail if I was lying.
Of course you have said: "Our decision is final". Ok, I'll respect the decission: "If you have more than one account you deserve to be suspended because it appears in our ToS". It should be a final decission perfectly. What you have to change is your DETERMINATION beause I don't know what really means "they reviewed..and determined" in this case, but it was wrong, because javierherrerosantos.x10.bz is the only account I have in this hosting.
