The Server is Blocking My Access!

Hi, I got a FORBIDDEN error page when I try to access my website, which is an addon domain to my developer (paid) account. Here is a sample from my error logs:

[Sat Sep 1 03:51:14 2007] [error] [client 71.131.195.193] client denied by server configuration: /home/uspinoy/public_html/humanproof.com
[Sat Sep 1 03:50:17 2007] [error] [client 71.131.195.193] client denied by server configuration: /home/uspinoy/public_html/humanproof.com/403.shtml

What happened? I can't get to my website from my computer.

Perhaps this could be a temporary problem with your ISP or router?

Thanks for the quick response. I did some checking. The server error logs show that the server is denying access from my IP address (the IP address assigned to the WAN port of my router). So I rebooted my DSL box and got assigned a new IP address. That also didn't work.

I checked server status and everything looks A-Ok and that is why I'm puzzled. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide to get me back up and running.

It could be because the server is banning the whole ip range ur in and/or the aera ur in
