The server is not working??

Hi everybody,my free hosting is not working now what's the matter???
i can't even login to my cpanel my hosting is:sharesat.x10hosting.com

Do they have an EST on the server upgrades? I just did a reset on my site yesterday after being gone for 7 months and I can't view any system status page, submit a ticket, contact us, or get into my control panel.

Frustrating to not know if this is a day problem, a couple day problem, a week problem, or????? I have folks over from England that I wanted to share my site with and we can't view it.

No EST, but if the Data center doesn't run into any issues like they did with the other servers they already upgraded, it should be up within an hour.
