The site's security certificate is not trusted!

When I try to access my cPanel or my Webmail login I get a page that says "The site's security certificate is not trusted!". Has something happened to your service? Any idea when this will be fixed so I can access the tools for my site? Do you know if my web site itself is ok or has something happened? Thanks.

Should be fine; here's the technical details as to the problem as reported by firefox:

chopin.x10hosting.com:2087 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.

(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)


Solutions: either ignore it since it's our own cert, or change the port to 2082 and use http instead of https. I'd go with the first one
