The size of my database is always o.oo MB

my domain always shows that it cannot select database even though it contains many table, but when I looked at mysql databases it shows 0.00MB. How can it be possible to have a database with many table and have a size of 0.00MB? I need your help to fix this problem.

cPanel likely hasn't updated the quotas which reflect both the current disk usage and the current mysql usage; if it's actually still able to select the database and get the information from it without a problem, this is something that can be safely ignored.
