"Further clarification: why is there no link to any folder on this account, but then 210mb in one of the subfolders?."
Your hosting I use for storing my photos and further publication on my blog, which is located at http://mongugay.blogspot.com/, at the moment due to the fact that you have disabled dosptup for hosting most of the content is in my blog can not be accessed, which in turn gives me a lot of difficulties.
The fact that in some folders uploaded many files (pictures) that is mostly a temporary phenomenon, then I will remove them.

Does puzzle me a bit why you wanna store files on our hosting, to publish on a third party site?
I assume you by publish to the blog mean upload them there, cause if you mean you wanna link them there from our hosting, that'd surely not be the what the account is supposed to be used for.
The disk space given to you is supposed to be used for content published on a site in your account with us.

Upon further review, there's not much of a working site in your account, which leaves the conclusion that the account is used for storing files for use on a third party account, which indeed does mean it violates the file hosting section of our ToS.

I have no other choice but to replace the suspension, and it would in this case be a permanent one as it is quiet clear it is used only for storage and use on a third party site.

Give me a chance then take your files with hosting, and to remove links to pictures from his blog.

I don't know how many times we've had to throw "permanent" around, so this is the last time. No, it's permanent.
