You would have full rights to the file, and you can request a PDN (the Paint.net equivalent to a PSD - I don't use Photoshop)

yeah i would like to advertise my site but i need to more more about the sizes, format and how i know it's worth it because there's no proof that you get a lot of traffic without Awstats...
