the x10hosting didnt allow me to sign it

I have been with x10hosting for few years and so far so good, and somehow I could not allow me to sign it, it said that I have multi-accounts but I have one with x10honesting and can someone to help me pleaes. What I should I do, if i dont sign in every 30 days so then what happened to my website?

Please help.
