There does appear to be an issue with Buro

I've noticed a lot of threads about buro been down or very slow. I can confirm that it appears very flakey at the moment, I have tried some of the sites listed as having problems and I get the same result as my own.
Sometimes a temporarily unavailable message, sometimes half a page with a sql connection lost error and sometimes it loads fully but very slowly.

I have cleared my cache, flushed dns etc as suggested by support who can find nothing wrong.
Perhaps there is something wrong with further down the connection or something with the links to other countries?

Please could this be looked into more then just checking the website loads fine at your end?

Already done, I checked the server itself - there does appear to be some maintainence going on, likely in preparation to move Boru to the new SAN setup we have now. Depending on when you access it, it still loads (albeit slowly), but it is known about at least. It's a necessary evil, so to speak - to make it better and faster, we have to deal with the lag while it prepares itself to move to the SAN which will speed it up
