you may need to email support and request your ip be unblocked.
the site works for me in Canada, so your website is working ok.

support is not actively watching the forums so youd have a faster
reply if you email them.

"x10Hosting, like a lot of other sites and service providers, subscribes to blacklist services. You can check your connection at https://www.whatismyip.com/blacklist-check/ to see if and where you may be listed."

cpanel admins can use cphulk : "cPHulk is involved as part in all cPanel & WHM installations and can be used to monitor and block all login attempts made to cPanel, WHM, FTP, email, and SSH. It delivers all the administrators with a range of methods to combat brute force attacks either automatically or manually. cPHulk can even be used to block mischievous IP addresses in your firewall."

@ afterda3
Again, that has nothing to do with x10hosting blocking a users ip address.
the original poster needs to contact staff at x10hosting to get their ip removed.

whether or not x10hosting uses "cPHulk" or whatever with their Cpanel
i dont know, but only x10hosting has access to that part of cpanel.
the average user does NOT have access to that part.

we are not here to argue or debate over the original posters post.
the fact still remains that sweetpaj needs to contact x10hosting.
only x10hosting can remove their ip for this website if its blacklisted.
