There is no fantastico OR softaculous - software /services tab missing.,

I opened the ticket below last night and before I could reply to DeadBattery the ticket was closed.
The ability to PM has also been removed.
Did I do something wrong?
Will the ticket be closed too before I can get some resolution?

Hello I just opened a new account and was told there would be scripts I can run, but there is no software /services tab where I was told fantastico was.

It is my understanding that some features are temporarily disabled and will be restored after current server work is completed.
