What is the delay to have a new account?
Could you check if my request has been validated ?
Is this delay can be faster for users that had an account in the past ?

When you asked for a back up what did you say, Because there were alot of people who just said "back up my account" Well we can't just do that unless you give us your account details to back up the account. So we did not even look at thoughs tickets.

Have any of you guys read the news? You can't just be like "create my account" and have it done, that's not how it works now. Even if you had a previous account.
