Your (sub)domain and cpanel username would help.

When was your account made?
When was the last time your site was able to be accessed when you actually saw the site, not that "notice"?

Unless Corey has a back up to your account some where eles, your going to have to sign up again because I don't see it anyware sorry.

Oh no! I have wait for that very long. I can know that U can help me to reconfig my acc. Im so lucky, i have backup my data. So u can reinstall and del everything if neccessary! Thanks

Hi,

I had an account, but even if I opened a ticket for backup, my website was not restorable. So I re signup again. But no news for one week...

What is the delay to have a new account?
Could you check if my request has been validated ?
Is this delay can be faster for users that had an account in the past ?

My new details:
cPanel Username: hvuillon
Subdomain: hadrien.x10hosting.com
X10 Package: Corporate

Here are my old details:
cPanel Username: hadrien
Subdomain: hadrien.x10hosting.com
Server IP: 70.85.87.52
X10 Package: Corporate
How long your account has been up: Around 8 months
Did you have the ads placed on every page: Yes

When you asked for a back up what did you say, Because there were alot of people who just said "back up my account" Well we can't just do that unless you give us your account details to back up the account. So we did not even look at thoughs tickets.

Nevermind, this not really the problem. I was not saying that you didn t make your job, not at all. I was just asking about the creation of a new account. Could you answer to my last questions ?

Yes, thank you. But in fact I already signed up again, 2 weeks before, and I have no return from you... Do you think I have to wait more ?
