maybe this is whats triggering the multi accounts.

We can see your actual IP that you are using to access our dashboard is linked to four other full x10hosting accounts. ( not domains as mentioned above) I can see that 2 are terminated ( services but the account is active to create a new one ) and 2 are active.

You either have a common shared public IP or in the past instead of re-creating a new hosting service you signed up with a full new account instead.

Regardless, I have allowed the account attached to this hosting name access which you should be able to have now. The other accounts I mentioned will be closed shortly and blocked to prevent this from happening.
