I have had an account with x10hosting for years. A website of mine which is my baby and greatest personal achievement has been removed apparently for inactivity. For over 6 years I have been consistently logging into the site to keep my account active. I'm not certain it's my fault but I don't feel like I have done anything differently or waited any more amount of time between sign-ins as I usually do. Occasionally I miss the 30 day limit but usually come back to easily unsuspend the account. This time I go and my login information was invalid. So I request a password change, and it tells me this.
I REALLY NEED THE DATA THAT WAS ON MY SITE. I HAVE WORKED YEARS BUILDING IT.
I have made a few backups but they are pretty old and I really do not want to have to deal with this. I will literally PAY MONEY if necessary to get my account setup back how it was. I don't really understand how this happened. 2 other sites of mine that I used with x10's free hosting were also removed. And I would always log into them at the same time to keep them active. Someone please help.
The main account that I am concerned about is
user: wxsnap site: weathersnap.x10.mx

I also had the following domains that were removed also,
user: hackprof (hackprofessor.x10.mx)
user: kfgundel (kfgundel.x10.mx)

Can someone please restore these for me?

short answer - no

if for 30 or more days you did not log-in to the Account Portal - your account will be suspended for inactivity - you can un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP) at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the computer (system) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files and databases - anytime after the 21 day delay (total 51 days from last log-in) - NO backups are made

FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and logging into your own website - do not count
all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in - at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

AND

having more then one free-hosting account is outside of the TOS

It's kinda stupid that you guys have no safety net for this. There is no way that it has been 51 days since my last actual login. It can't be. Here I am actually offering you guys money to help recover things how I had it, and you have nothing to do for me. I thought x10hosting was a business... don't you guys want money? Here have $50 I don't care. Just get back my account. I know you guys can't be that flawed to not have any means of backing things up operating over there. Money talks my friends, Money talks.

Your data has most likely been wiped off by now. I believe account backups would be done when it comes to account migrations. While there are going being full backups of the servers, actually extracting the account data from one might not be an option in your case.

You see, if you're inactive for too long then you should be expecting what is stated under the terms of service to happen. X10Hosting (at least on free hosting) is not responsible for providing backups on demand for those who were suspended and even removed for inactivity. It's the user's responsibility 100%.
If the site disappears because of inactivity or a mess up, you should be able to restore it without a problem. They only offer backups if they mess up (if possible). It should be treated as last resort (if your local backup is missing or maybe it's not the more newer one).

The section you should be looking at is number 5 - system backups. As you were inactive, you fell into violation of the terms of service and therefore a backup cannot be provided. By continuing to use the service at the time, you agreed to it.
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the Terms outlined on this page.

Apart from that, I don't know what else can be done.

I located three separate accounts that all appear to be yours, all terminated the same day (7-18). Based on the login logs present (which log all sign-in activity that counts towards resetting inactivity), this is in-line with the 30+21 system (30 days to suspend, 21 days to terminate), as this would be 52 days from the last recorded login on 5-27. All three accounts show the same login date as well.

I'm unable to access the server backups system to see if there's any hope of restoring the accounts, however my current understanding is that any backups we could restore from are designed to restore the entire server to a specific date. Regrettably, this would not be an option as this would also restore everyone else's account to a prior date, destroying modifications and content/posts they have made since.

I'll still leave the topic open in case other staff can add more to this, but for the time being we would recommend restoring from local backups (which are strongly recommended for you to have, even on Premium, as no backup system is free from risk of failure/corruption).
