This page can’t be displayed

Hello there,
I recently switched hosting from 00Webhost to x10Hosting with my website. I'm trying to access it, but it says 'This page can’t be displayed' this even happens when trying to access the control panel. The link to the site, is http://fixingcomputer.x10.bz/
Any suggestions?

It's back-up now, but can someone please explain the issue and how to prevent it in the future?
