If you, like I had, come across the above error message, you may find that the cause will most likely be because you are using the Internet Explorer 11 web browser. The fix is to dump the IE11 and choose another browser, I downloaded Chrome and have had no problems now accessing my cPanel.
I went for a week without the ability to access the cPanel. However, I would be able to log in to my account and get to the "Welcome back, Thom" page with the following information
Username: xxxxxxxx
Your Domain: xxxxxxx.x10.mx
and a button to click which says: Open cPanel .
However, when I click on this button, it would then try to take me to
https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ which then results in the error message:
"This page can't be displayed"
