This page isn’t working error

I was updating my wordpress version from 5.1 to 5.2 screen froze tried to refresh I get the following error:
This page isn’t working
jerome57greene.x10host.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

Can't access it the wordpress admin login panel or bring up the website

http://jerome57greene.x10host.com/ and http://jerome57greene.x10host.com/wp-login.php work for me.

I deleted the old site and reinstalled everything. That is why it is working now.
I would also suggest anyone else who has this problem look for your backups in your cpanel before you do a total reinstall
This is a dev/test site and had very little work on it so I could afford to start over again
