This website does not exist!

I've opened a new hosting account about 8 hours ago, but I can't access my website.
Now, given that it's only been 8 hours, I'd be more patient, but the strange thing is that I can access the FTP server and upload files, but I can't actually visit my website (in the browser).

I'm getting following message:

Is this normal?

P.s. not that I'm in immediate need for more than 500gb space or 10Gb bandwidth, but I find it strange Belgium is listed as a "high risk" country. Either way, I think you should make this clear on your website, because I only found out *after* registering an account. At least in the "free hosting signup" form.
