This website does not exist?

Hello,
i love this host, i already use it.... but i'm sad now...
when i try acess my web site(with an index.html page), say: This website does not exist!
I already clear my cache, and flush my DNS...
and nobody cant see my page. so what is happening?
PLZ I NEED YOUR HELP...

Chopin - Accounts and files on the free hosting server Chopin appear to have ‘disappeared’ - This is likely simply the SAN disconnecting. Everyone’s files should be intact and will be accessible again once fixed, if this is the case.

@Tupac: No, the Chopin file issue is entirely unrelated. This is a completely different issue; some websites refuse to even show up and say that it doesn't exist.

I have the same issue. New site created last night and it has always had this error. Stoli is the server. I would like the account reset so I can try it again
