"This website does not exist!"

OK, I've uploaded everything I need to get started, but every time I load the site, I get the non-existent page error. Any thoughts?
Everything is in my public_html folder. I can get into my cPanel and FTP, and when I try to see it using the URLs provided in File Manager or through the browser, I get the same page.
