Her Mp3s? I do hope you mean that they are actually hers, and not copywritten by someone else - or you may find your account suspended or terminated.

If she can prove she owns, has permission, etc to use the Mp3s you are talking about, then thats wonderful. If not, please refer to the TOS that you agreed to when you signed up :

hmmm, I cant emphasise enough to you freebir hosts, all audio i promote online is all my own copyright audio, so basically I own all the rights, wether it be my nephew or my neice, or even me. You will find all my contact details attatched in the ID3 tags for anyones reference.

Just so you guys know, I will be authoring all uploading so i can personally garuntee there will be no infringements at all.

Sorry Tom...

Basically, provided i do not infringe on any mechanical copyrights(use other peoples samples without written permission) or any publishing copyrights(use anyone elses words or lyrics without their written permission,,, Then any piece of audio or song that gets created in my recording studio automatically becomes my copyrighted material. Thats unless my 9 near old neice Charlee decides to sue me at a later date (lol,,, er, hmmm?)

Thats why people like youtube, have a disclaimer that basically makes people give permission for exploitation rights before they are allowed to post, as in a usa and uk and european court, the creator becomes the copyright owner...
