Ticket not working

Hello,

I would like to send a ticket to re-issue my domain transfer from Dreamhost.com to Freehosting.com but it's seems that in my member area of freehosting.com I can't send tickets. When I submit a ticket I get redirected to the standard ticket page and I don't get any ticket number nor a confirmation. My tickets don't show up in the pending ticket sections.

Can somebody let me know what is going on ?
