It'll be answered when someone gets to your ticket in the list. Creating threads asking for update will not get you faster support.

Remember that all support personnel do it on spare time, most have job or school to attend as well.

Ps. The worst thing you can do is post a reply to the ticket as that would mark it as a recently updated one and we tend to the ones that has the oldest times tamp first
