Time out prob

Just want to know IS this prob only happening to me???
from time to time I see a time out prob I have a forum thats why I can notice time out times despite that the status of the server is perfect

Sorry for the little info
what I mean is when i'm browsing my site I did get a time out prob (my site stoped working)I couldn't see my page for about 5 min
and that did happen several times

nop now it's perfect
It happened 2 me about 5 times since monday

nevermind, perhaps it's my connection, i Have a cable
but also my members noticed it
