I read an interesting post on slashdot the other day. In the post, there was a reference to a news clip that the Chinese government had recently released a mandate for all game companies to institute a "time-lock" for children and teens under 18 which essentially prevents them from playing that game more than 3 hours a day.
Now, I suppose the way around it would be to have three copies of the game so that I can play 3 x 3 = 9 hours... lol.
Seriously though, what do you think about this mandate? Is it a good idea? Should other countries follow suit as well?
