Timed out connections

For the past few weeks my site has been experiencing problems. Mostly, when people try and get on it, they get time out errors. A few minutes of refreshing manages to get through, but it is quite an annoying problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The site is loading quickly here and worked on the first try, so I don't know what your problem is. I believe the staff is aware of this and is working on all servers to fix this.

Yeah, thats the weird thing. Sometimes it works perfectly. But then there are periods where it doesn't work and my visitors have to refresh a bunch just to get a page.
