Timed out

As i use mobile so i use www.wapftp.org and www.net2ftp.com for mobile use and in both when i enter username and pass and server only few times i am able to login but rest of the time i get error like starka x10hosting .com is timed out or no response ... So wats the solution??

It appears that your server, (Starka), is currently experiencing some temporary issues.

Carl bro i checked the starka server from a site and it said that the site is down for everyone... Hope it gets back soon..
