Timeout Issues

Hello, I recently started using my free account and decided to upgrade to the Starter service. However, when I try to access the control panel or view the site, the system returns timed out: on https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN and https://thomasendersen.elementfx.com/ Perhaps something triggered a block but the account shows Active.

Your IP was blocked due to attempts via SSH. Please note free hosting does not have SSH access including SFTP only our premium hosting has this access.

At this time I have removed the block from our system.
