Title of forum cannot be changed

On my forum: forumt.mfhome.x10hosting.com, the title cannot be changed. It will only show mfhome.x10hosting.com (circle) Index. The forum is phpBB. Can anyone help me? On the acp there is nothing that is related to the title changing.

The setting is under General -> Board Settings -> Site name.
