i know they are very cheap but the main problem is the payment method i don't have Credit card or any other thing im under 18 so i cannot have paypal account nor any other one

Even i have the exact same problems for any sort of internet shopping.. but nowadays you can register domains from registrars based in your city or nearby by sending them a check or DD.

dot tk doesn't seem to work at all. there's a page that ask you to enter characters displayed in the picture but the picture is not showing up at all.
