Hi, I have a school moodle in my account and in the first class that I used with my students, my account was suspended because it says that I used too much cpu and system resource. Is there any type of account for schools, or a nice small fee for upgrading my account? For now the Cpanel don't work and the Moodle is close(database problem), can you fix it? thank you

Hi, Your account is not suspended at the moment, There is no such type of accounts(schools, etc..)

If you want then you can upgrade to premium hosting.

Regarding the database problem, check your database settings.

I can't enter CPANEL! that's one of the problem that I have! When I try to enter Cpanel under my account, the system says Login Attempt Failed!
