Too many users using FTP???

Got this error in cuteFTP:

[2007-11-01 13:13:48] 42 150 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
ERROR [2007-11-01 13:13:48] Service unavailable. Try again later.

Are there really 42 150 users using FTP atm???
