too much offline

My site, I think many others too, has too much downtimes. I checked more than 5 a day personally.
What's the problem? Is it possible to resolve it?
Edit:
now server load at 8.62 (red) and DNS Offline. I cannot access site.

The server may go down every once in a while due to abusers, but there's no need to report it, we do our best to bring it up ASAP, we do notice, please, don't spam this forum telling us of the problem. Closed.
