TOS, and Olark Chat program?

Hi.

I am looking at a Chat plugin for Joomla called Olark, and I would like to know if this is a prohibited piece of software or not? I would really like to use this software for my website, but I really do not want to run the risk of breaking the TOS rules & regulations, and get myself banned.

I would like to pass it by you folks before I do anything.

OLARK is hosted somewhere else so it is fine. Self hosted chat scripts are prohibited.
