TOS document?

Hi.

I think it would be a good idea for me to read the TOS document again so I can make sure that I know what I can, and cannot do. I want to make sure I don't do something stupid like install a extension that would get me banned. I was thinking on adding the shoutbox to Joomla until I read that someone got banned for using such an extension, so my question is, can someone point me to the TOS document? I can't seem to find it, or am I'm going blind

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks!
