ToS Question

Hello. Here's a quick question for you:

I would like to install a gallery mod onto my myBB-run forum. However, I'm aware that the ToS says "no image hosting"/"uploaders" on your site. I'm not sure if this applies only to Photobucket-esque sites or not. Am I allowed to have a gallery where members can upload images?

The TOS is against website where the sole purpose is to host images - think photobucket, flick.r, etc. If you provide the gallery to members of your forum as an added feature for your forum (understand: the forum is the main purpose, not the gallery) then it's perfectly within the TOS.

But remember, you are solely responsible for the content on your site. If a member uploads "objectionable images", you have to monitor your site and remove them.

Thanks you two, I'll set permissions to only trusted members can post images with approval from the moderators.
