transfer free account to 3.95 a month account and suspension problem

hi my site got suspended a bunch for high system resource usage.

i want to upgrade to paying the 3.95 a month for hosting so i dont have to deal with it anymore

is there a way to do this directly through x10hosting

also if there isnt, how do i get back to my files to back them up and transfer to a new hosting?

i requested unsuspension several hours ago but it is not going through because it says that was my final warning about high resource usage or whatever

Go to http://x10premium.com and buy your paid plan, After that Go to your paid client area and open a support request to transfer your Free Account to paid server.
