Transfer to x10premium

Hello,

I have ordered an x10 premium account, and marked on that form to transfer this account to it. The instructions prior to signing up and paying for that account was to create a support ticket after the transaction was completed, so I am doing so here.

Pretty sure they meant over at clients.x10hosting.com actually - premium support uses a different system, and that's the one that also gets the faster responses :)

If you already marked the form to have it transferred when signing up, and you typed in your free hosting cpanel name there, a ticket has already been opened for you. You can view the status of it by logging into https://clients.x10hosting.com and clicking the support link.
