Transfer website

I worked on a script with x10's free hosting plan on a temporary domain.
No that I have finished my work and that the website is ready, I wan't to take x10's premium plan.

I have a domain that is registered @ GoDaddy.

I would like to know how (after adding a new website in my account + connecting the DNS of my domain to x10's DNS) I can transfer all the files from the temporary website to the new one with my domain connected.

When you purchase x10Premium, there is a checkbox option to transfer an existing Free Hosting account (files, databases, etc.) automatically. That's the best way to do it.

O.K but how to transfer the content from my website with the temporary domain to the new website with the new domain?
Is there a way to clone the old website files to the new one?
