Transferring a domain neme in from Heartnet

Please can you tell me how to transfer a domain from Heartnet to x10hosting and whether there are any costs involved.

If you are asking how to use your own domain on x10 hosting account?
then, Just change the nameservers to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
The DNS propagation may take upto 48 hours.

Then
Make the domain as your primary domain in your account panel

OR
Park the domain in your cpanel

Working fine. If you do not see your x10 page right away it will be because of the delay in DNS propagation or browser caching.

My Heartnet account closes today, and I am worried about losing my domain.
Do I have to change the nametag or something as well, so so how do I do that and what do I change it to.Sorry to be a nuisance.

A whois search on your domain reveals that it's registered until the renewal date, which is in 2012. I don't think you're losing your domain. I'm guessing that you used to use their hosting as well until you came here. If that's the case, you're only losing their hosting, but not losing your domain registration. There's nothing else to do since you've added the domain to your account and changed the nameservers to point to x10hosting. You're all set.
